Tomorrow, Trinity Sunday, we will be confessing together the long Athanasian Creed which clearly articulates our beliefs in the Triune God. Confessing "I believe ... in Jesus Christ, His Son our Lord..." also gives us the wonderful assurance of our salvation as St Paul says in Romans 10:9, "If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."
