Our New Vicar - Walter Gilkey
It has be announced the eighth Vicar to be assigned to serve Grace Lutheran, Neligh and Trinity Lutheran, Elgin is Walter Gilkey from Hanford, CA. More information will be coming as we receive it. 140 congregations applied for 114 vicars this year.
